Check your internet connection to make sure you have a stable connection. Internet connections that drop interrupt the flow of data thereby raising a false positive of a security vulnerable. In other words the applications will ignore data requests on unstable or slow connections. If your connection is stable just logout then in again and continue navigation.
I need to change my password on DOTEDU School Platform?

I'm not receiving OTP code from dotPreschool?
OTP is very sensitive as it is a registration feature for security. We encourage you to make sure the following are the in good shape on your device:
1). Check the phone number format you're using to register and make sure its in format 777 000 000. Any other format like 0777 000 000 or 263777 000 000 will not work.
2). Please make sure Google Play Services is up to date. If there's constant notification telling you to update Google Play Services please do so as apps will be able to work properly.
3). Check your internet connection to make sure it is stable and not dropping data continually.
4). Check if 'Restrict Background Data' setting is on and turn it off for the registration process. Once registered you can turn the setting on again. You can find this on your phone at Settings-->Data Usage---> Menu Dropdown
